INTRODUCTION

“HAUSPOZ”, the Basque Association of Accordion Players, has contributed in the promotion and development of the accordion, inside the different cultural circles, since 1974.

The association organizes every year: series of lectures, accordion masterclasses, meetings and concerts, but maybe the activity most well-known is the “Arrasate – Hiria” Accordion Competition where the best accordionists around the world take part in.
